210 What Is It?

Today was just normal, got home from work and did my normal get changed, sort dinner out and sit down to put a video on while I eat my dinner. When I clicked on YouTube and then the subscription feed, all I can say is that I gasped and immediately drop everything, and the watch sprang into action.

I stopped what I was doing to sit down and watched this video, the makeup look is so surprising and unique I love it. Normally this type of makeup is seen around Halloween or in competitions, theatres, movies etc not in the middle of July for a random reason.

I also really like how it is a witch and an alien in one makeup look, it isn’t a copy, it isn’t an interpretation of another character it is just pure creativity. I mean how many alien witches do you see every day; are there any existing characters that are alien and a witch? This is a great look to put in a story. I could see this character being a fairy-type witch or a good witch born into an evil background. You can see there is the evil behind the look, but it also has a beautiful innocent look about it.

With this make-up look, the colours work amazing together. I must admit at the beginning of the video I questioned how she got it to look so detailed and mysterious, but it comes together. The ombre lips also are to die for, it is so well blended, and the colours link together well. Having a dark-natured character with blonde hair is also a unique twist; stereotypically the evil characters have either dark hair or white hair.

Think about a story you could make about this character, I would love to see this look on the front of a book, it would be very intriguing. I mean I only watched an 8-minute video on the character and my head is full of ideas.

This potentially is my Halloween makeup look this year, and that is our great inspiration to create my alien witch. It is the Sci-Fi character missing.
