645 The Last Empties in 2018 Part 1

I tell you every time that I like reading these on others’ blogs and watching them on YouTube. I prefer to wait for mine to pile up a little, so it isn’t all random things, for example, I can have a makeup section and beauty section etc. So, it is that time again, the empty items I have used up have filled my draw right to the top. Now I believe it is time to tell you all about them. In total, we have 17 items, which might be a little too much so I think I will keep it short and sweet.

  1. Origins Super Spot Remover Blemish Treatment Gel

  2. Origins Ginzing Energy-Boosting Moisturiser

  3. Origins Modern Friction

  4. Body Shop Shea Hand Cream and Body Shop Moringa Hand Cream

  5. Body Shop Strawberry Shower Gel

  6. Clinique Moisture Surge Hydrating Supercharged Concentrate Sample

  7. Clinique Take the Day Off Make-Up Remover for Lids, Lashes and Lips

I am going to group the brands for you, mostly because I find it easier to look at the items on the same website and you aren’t going back and forth. The first brand is Origins. Their products smell so good. I want to own everything they have. I bought many products from them last year around Christmas time because I got a little obsession. I have just started coming to the end of them.

Origins Super Spot Remover Blemish Treatment Gel

Okay, let’s just take a second to appreciate the cuteness of the bottle, it is so small but despite its size, it does last because a little goes a long way. There are no words to explain how much I love this item. I honestly didn’t think I would enjoy this as much as I have. I thought it would be like every other spot treatment I have used, I thought it would be a bit of a novelty, I would enjoy it for a bit and then the excitement would wear off and that would be the end of the product. However, to my surprise, I am not going to go into too much detail as there is a review to come because I love it. Yes, I would recommend it, yes, I will be purchasing this again, and I already have.

Origins Ginzing Energy-Boosting Moisturiser

Again, Origins I love this product. I am currently on the last legs of my latest pot, and I am enjoying every day of using this product. Origins you’ve done it again. I am 80% sure I will repurchase this once I have used it up completely (I got two pots at the same time, so I am using the second one). I want to use up some others face creams in my collection before I get this one next, but I do think I will default back to this face cream. I would recommend trying this, I have got everyone who has come to my house to try it, and everyone liked it.

Origins Modern Friction

I didn’t plan on getting this product, when I got the gift set at Christmas this came with it. I wasn’t sure what the product was if I am being honest. I thought the scent was pleasant but the description on the product didn’t tell you what it would do for your skin. After using it, I am glad to confirm it is an amazing product and I love it. The scent, I can’t describe it, but I enjoy it. I was gutted when I finished the first tube, I wanted it to last forever. You guessed it, I am on the second one, but I am using it sparingly because the full product is not the cheapest. In short, I love this product, I will repurchase it, and I would highly recommend it.

Body Shop Shea Hand Cream and Body Shop Moringa Hand Cream

If you haven’t tried the body shop hand creams, I recommend getting your bum down to your local shop and picking up one or two for yourself. I love how small the tubes are, they are perfect for your handbag. I have them everywhere now, my desk at work, my bedside cabinet, my handbag and at my grandparent’s house, my desk at home etc. I haven’t quite tried all their scents as far as I know, but I am working my way through them. I haven’t met one that I don’t like yet. I think one of these would be a great add-on Christmas gift for anyone.

I will be repurchasing them (when I get through the ones I have already). I have them lying around everywhere so it feels like I am taking forever to use them up. I am bad a remembering to apply it.

Body Shop Strawberry Shower Gel

Again, if you have not already tried this, I suggest you grab some next time you are near a Body Shop. Not only are all the scents pleasant. Apart from the nice scents, it is a good shower gel as well. I have recommended this to everyone I know, my family is a big fan as well, but they tend to “borrow” mine. I have only had the pleasure of using two scents so far, I have used up the strawberry one and I am currently using the Satsuma one. I think I am going to get the small version of the various ones, so I can find the scents I like and the ones I don’t like as much. I have smelt most of them in the shop and none of them was horrible. If you go into the shop, you can get a giant shower gel, it is well worth the money.

Clinique Moisture Surge Hydrating Supercharged Concentrate Sample

This one surprised me. At first glance I didn’t like this one bit, I thought it was small, there were bits in it, so I never thought I would like it. I wasn’t about to throw it away, so I tried it. There were quite a few uses in this tiny little tube, I believe it got 4 uses out of it. It felt super moisturising and refreshing. I might have gone and bought the full size so well-done Clinique. A moisturiser has never had a reaction from me like that before. I haven’t quite started using the full size yet because I like to use up products before I start new ones. I find it so annoying when you have multiples of the same product going, I prefer to use it and then throw it instead of keeping 2 or 3 products lying around. Keep your eyes peeled because there is a review in the mix. The full size of the product is £36, which is a bit steep, but I think I will only buy it when it is on offer.

Clinique Take the Day Off Make-Up Remover for Lids, Lashes and Lips

So, I was given this by someone (I can’t remember who). I kept it in my collection for the days I was wearing heavy makeup as I figured it would work the best on these days. I haven’t repurchased it because I have other ones and £18 for a product that takes your makeup off is a bit much. I mean, there are better products you can use that work the same for a lower price. I would use this again, but I don’t think I would pay the full price for it. If you would like to check this one out, follow this link.

So, this post is getting a bit long. I think I am going to split it over two, I wouldn’t want you to get bored reading about the products I have used up. Check back tomorrow to find out about the rest.
