695 Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer

To begin with, I am shocked that I have not already written about this product in a review before. I have been using it for years I don’t remember using another one. It is my default concealer, I have tried a few out in between but I always go back to this one. Sorry, I had to stop typing for a minute, so I could check if I had already written a review for this item. The results are in, I haven’t written anything, so I came back and carried on writing.

I don’t think this product is as big anymore, it took off a couple of years ago. If you watch any YouTube videos, well makeup Tutorials or beauty gurus you will know about this concealer. There was a time that it was quite hard to find this because as soon as it hit the shelves it was bought straight away because the product is a staple for everyday makeup.

For the price and the quality of this product, it is 100% worth it. In America, this would be called a drug store concealer, but for us, in England, there isn’t a name it is just a cheaper brand. The coverage and the length of time it lasts are so impressive for a low price. I used to think that the only downfall is the limited shades, but they have recently branched out and created more shades. Correct me if I am wrong, but they used to have 5 shades and now they have ten. I now use the lightest two shades, 0 and 1. I have never had any issues with it creasing or wearing off quickly. It isn’t too thick for under your eyes, but it does have coverage for any pigmentation or blemishes.

You can pay ridiculous amounts for concealers, up to hundreds just like every other makeup product. I am glad I have found this one as it’s not even a fiver, so it shows how much of a rip-off the expensive brands are. You are paying for the brand name if this one can make a profit on less than £5. Even if it is not your favourite it would be worth having in your collection for a rainy day.

I have gone through so many of these that I can’t even count. I am sure they are in nearly every empty post I have done. This is the type of product that I like to keep backups for. When I start getting low, I grab another one the next time I am near a shop that sells them.

So overall, I enjoy this product, and I would recommend this product. A lot of makeup artists use these over expensive ones. If you have not tried this, I am not sure where you have been living but get yourself to your nearest Boots or Superdrug and buy one for yourself.
