724 Candy Bubble Brush Reusable Bubble Bar

I picked this one up a couple of months ago, I was going to try the mint one, then I saw the lemon one so I thought I might as well get the third one, right? Out of the three, reusable bubble bars in this design (Candy, Lemon, and Mint), this is the one that I didn’t think I would enjoy as much as the other two. With that in mind, I didn’t expect anything spectacular when using this one. I try not to start new products with negative thoughts but now and then because I am human, it is impossible not to have any negative thoughts.

I still really like the idea of the brush design; it is great for encouraging the younger children to have bubbles in their baths. I know there are those cartoon shape bubble baths that you can get but you can’t paint the bubbles with those. It is something for children and adults to play with as well, especially if you have a child who hates baths. I know as a child, my sister hated having a bath, but I don’t know why I ever had a problem with baths as a child. My main worry with these bubble bars is that they are going to fall off the stick and then I will have no choice but to use them up. Sadly, this worry came true with this one, this means we are running at a 50% fall of the stick ratio. You are probably thinking, why don’t you just leave it on the side wrapped up in some tissue or foil etc? I have noticed that once bubble bars are completely soaked throughout there is no saving them. When the brush part fell off the stick into the water, I didn’t even attempt to try and save it.

It was only the second to use it, but it took a while to melt when it was not under running water. I did attempt to only get the end under the water, but the pressure pushes the water up the brush.

Now, you are probably thinking why I decided I would like this once the least out of the three before I had even tried it. The truth is, it was an assumption, and it is a bit like judging a book by its cover. In general, anything brightly coloured or pink I tend to steer in the opposite direction as quickly as possible. I only really bought this one because it would be rude to get just two out of the three. Overall, this was a nice product, I didn’t fall in love with it if I am honest. It was very bright and colourful, which is great but not so relaxing as the other two. The scent was not as overpowering or horrible as I expected it to be, it is sweet which I normally like, however, I like it for a night out or at a birthday party not so much for a relaxing evening. The design is innovative, cool, fun, and just clever if you ask me. I think they make great products to treat yourself and as presents for anyone and everyone, no matter the age. The scent is respectable, nice, enjoyable, and just overall great. I just don’t love it if I am honest.

I think I would purchase this again but only if the others were out of stock, but I haven’t used the blue minty one so I could end up changing my mind. My favourite out of the Candy and the Lemon is the Lemon one. One thing that has impressed me is the lack of ingredients in this product, there are only 9. Cream of tartar is a bit odd for a bath product though, don’t you think?
