My Answer: Everything lasted so much longer so you didn’t need an upgrade every 6 months.

May 2024 - Why did technology progress more slowly in the past than it does now?
My Answer: Currently, technology allows people to access more knowledge and learn in less time. You haven’t got to wait for the library to open or track down a certain book etc. You can just google.
A Friend’s Answer: Because it has come very far, and companies are always competing to get the fastest for customers. (Lydia)
