If you had unlimited funds to build a house that you would live in for the rest of your life, what would the finished house be like?

My Answer: It would have a grand entrance with huge fancy doors, it would have a music room, maybe a private cinema, a pool would be really cool, and just the normal things a house would need.

February 2021 - If you had unlimited funds to build a house that you would live in for the rest of your life, what would the finished house be like?

My Answer: Big but quite old fashions in the overall look. I love the houses with a bit of character. I would want it practical but quirky. I would definitely have a fireplace or two, walk-in cupboards, a huge office, a pool, a hot tub (I mean what is luxury without a hot tub), and big comfy sofas. The basics would be covered, kitchen, toilet etc. I would have to have at least 1 guest bedroom. I would have to have a pet room; my tortoises would get an entire room designed specifically for them. Then I would also have to have a garage designed to fit around my future land rover defender.
