I came across this product by accident, to be honest. I can’t remember which shop it was I got it originally but it was either boots of Superdrug for those of you not in England and don’t know what these shops are they are a drug store. It has makeup, skincare, simple pain meds like paracetamol or aspirin, throat sweets, vitamins etc.
I spotted this in the medication section along the aisle. The box said that it was a treatment gel that would help insect bites, small burns, and irritations, reduce swelling and redness and protect against infection. I have been using it for a couple of years now and love it. It really does work and it is a product that I don’t have to really think about, when I run out I will buy more. The only thing on the above list that I haven’t used this product for is a burn.
I can honestly say it works, if you follow the instruction, and place a little on the affected area with clean hands twice a day. I have found that the effects are visible within a couple of hours of applying the gel.
The packaging of this product is small, easy to use and not heavy which makes it ideal for travelling including in your hand luggage as it is under 100ml. It is a very liquidy consistency and if you’re not quick will end up down your sleeve. I put about a pea-sized amount on my index finger and apply to the area. You have to rub it on so it is over the area but thin, it will not dry it takes about 5 minutes to dry but once dry it is invisible. It is also an astringent which is good for drying up oily for those of you that are prone to acne but do not use it too often and nowhere near your eyes. It is a pungent product so when it is close to your eyes it will sting.
If you buy and use this product let me know what you think. I would recommend it to others and I have recommended it to others, I will be repurchasing I have recently bought the next one as I am on the end of the current one.
