113 What do think about false nails?

Guess what I got into…

Some of you may know that I take my time to look after my nails, they are almost always painted, sometimes with a design on, other times just one plain colour. I used to love sitting down with some nail varnish and painting my nails while watching my favourite movie or TV series until recently. I went on holiday with my family and to cut down the beauty products I took in my case I had my nails done in gels. Well, the following 6 months resulted in my nails just peeling off, very weak, breaking, peeling, chipping etc. No matter what I did my nails were dead.

So, I had a 2-week event that I needed to look my best for, so I sat down to paint my nails. After painting a couple of nails, I decided that I didn’t have the patience for it. What do I do? Go through my beauty draw to see if I could find anything. I found a set of false nails that I bought ages ago that were cheap.

After applying them I thought I wouldn’t like them because they don’t leave your nails in great condition, and they were a little long so you could tell they were false nails. After a day or two of getting used to them, I decided that I liked them and wanted to try some more. The problem with going into the shop to get them is that due to my nails being narrow it is hard to find ones that fit right. I spent a good few minutes looking at all the different types there were, I grabbed a couple that was on specials as I they aren’t the cheapest thing to buy. In the end, I bought 4 different packets because I wanted to make sure I had enough for the full 2 weeks. When I got home and put them on, I have never found fake nails that I like so much in my life.

They are a plain French manicure paint, but they don’t look fake, they aren’t mega long, and they haven’t got a weird shape to them. The colour is almost perfect; it isn’t too glary which again would make them look fake. They honestly look so real it is ridiculous. The glue you get with them is also very good, and strong but works well and only takes a couple of seconds to dry which is a result. The false nails I am talking about are the Broadway brand. It is blue packaging; I stupidly threw the packaging away but when I buy them next, I will update you so you can give them a go. They are perfect for those of us who are small or those in our early teenage years. I will try and find the link for them. Let me know if you try them and what you think of them.
