A great storyline with a young woman having trouble with her invisible friend, many children have imaginary friends. It is all a bit shocking for a young woman to have hers suddenly return in a time of need.

Edward Scissorhands

Some people see this as a Christmas movie, but it isn’t the main story. It is just the time of year that the movie is based on. It is a Tim Burton movie, about a misunderstood man trying to fit in.

Freaky Friday

Possibly the funniest chick flick ever, as the stroppy teenage daughter swaps minds with her calm and collected mother figure. Think of it as walking in someone else’s shoes.

Grease

What can I say? This is your typical love story, a bad boy meets a good girl, and they fall in love over the summer, but will their love survive high school? They are just so happy to be singing about it, but it is a classic film.

Hocus Pocus

I will say one thing. If you have not seen this movie, you have lost out big time. It is a Halloween movie, but I can watch it any time of the year. It is a lovely story about a sibling relationship while having a bit of a silly plot as well. It is up to two teens and a young girl who saves the world from Winifred Sanderson.

Mrs Doubtfire

It is a touching story about a dad trying to see his children after a divorce left him without custody, he poses as a children’s nanny to be closer to his children.

Shaun of the Dead

Well, this is just a classic. I believe it is some of Simon Pegg’s and Nick Frost’s finest work. The pair-together works and are very funny, it is a roundabout love story with some action and gore. Home to the famous phrase “You’ve got red on you” and if you have seen this film, you know exactly what I am talking about.

The Borrowers

If you know me, you will know that I am not the tallest person in the world so a movie about tiny people is perfect. It is a family of four just trying to live their lives hiding the walls of a house, but they are on a mission to save their house from the real estate agent.

The Princess Diaries

A typical teenager turns out not to be a typical teenager. Mia finds out her family secret, but can she accept the crown? Can she make it as a high school teenage princess? It was so good that the movie was followed by a sequel.

The Princess Diaries 2 Royal Engagement

The princess made it passed the gates and is now living happily in Genovia, the next hurdle is finding a prince but wait she now only has a year to find her one true love.
