Well, another bank holiday ends. What did you get up to? Anything, fun or interesting I know I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary. I generally end up working the bank holidays which means I miss the sales, but I make money, so I guess it measures out okay. It is always very busy, so a lot of people and not a lot of space to do my job but I get by.
Usually, everyone is in a good mood on the bank holidays because they get an extra day of work. Often events are held over bank holidays because often they are long weekends giving people more time to join in and often willing to spend more money.
If I am not working, I am usually just chilling at home, might meet a couple of friends or go out for lunch but that is nothing overly exciting.
I usually get the chance to catch up on things I have left to deal with late and get bits organised. Maybe watch a movie or a couple of episodes of a TV show. I don’t see them as different to any other day. I usually go to college on a Monday so today I just did a bit of college work and then got on with my normal day, I did go to the shop a little earlier than normal as they close early on a bank holiday but that’s the only difference.
I think the only way you would notice a bank holiday is if you are working a job Monday to Friday.
