71 Maybelline Great Lash Mascara!

Well, I love this mascara I have bought 5 or 6 of them now. I stole it from my mum when I left mine in a hotel while on holiday, but I have bought it over and over. It lasts a fair amount of time but I used it a lot so it could probably last a lot longer for you than it does for me. It will depend on how often you use it and how much you put on. It says on the packaging “once opened, use within 6 months”, I don’t have a problem with the running out of date.

For those of you that do not know, often there is a picture above of how long you can keep the product. If the picture is of an open pot, the time below only applies once you’ve opened it. If the pot is closed, then it means from the time it was made which is a bit silly because you don’t know how long it has been sitting in the shop.

So, another little tip, before you buy something check how long you’ve got until it goes out of date. If the date starts when you open it you can buy it and keep it in the cupboard, but if it goes out of date 6 months after it was made, but it when you need it, don’t stock up when it is on offer.

The wanton this mascara is my lifesaver, I have quite small eyes, so it is hard to get the edges with big brushes that are oh so popular so when I came across this Maybelline mascara, I fell in love with the brush the second I saw it!

After using it I have found that it is perfect for layering the mascara, it is lengthening I believe, and only now and then does it clump. For the most part, it leaves a perfect finish for me. The container is quite sorted and small, so it is perfect for travel or a purse which is a bonus. It also comes in 3 or 4 different colours, brown, black, very black etc.

Honestly can’t find a fault in this mascara, I have yet to find one that works as well as this one on my eyes. I will continue to repurchase until a new one comes along that I like better and have recommended to others. Please if you have trouble with your lashes go and give this one a go.
