2283 I may have hit a slight dilemma

Good evening, have you guessed what my dilemma might be?
Well… I had two posts ready to go live for you this evening. I spent some of my time this weekend preparing a couple of reviews ready for you. I have the images ready, and the review ready.
I went to open the document to get them uploaded for you… they appear to have disappeared. So, I have always had a folder where I keep any posts on which I have written notes, maybe have a list of things I want to talk about, reviews I have started, etc. The entire folder vanished. I have searched for various names within my document folder, and I have checked my recycle bin and nothing. The most annoying part is… I have no clue what happened.
If I found them in the recycle bin, I could rationalise that I deleted them by accident, but nope. Nothing in my recycle bin and I can’t locate the folder anywhere. I have even searched a couple of the posts I know I had started but they don’t exist either. No clue what has happened there. I am going to blame Fred the ghost. I’m not someone who loses things either. I’m a bit of a hoarder, I tell myself that I might want it or need it eventually!
I even have a folder where I put things, I don’t need but can’t commit to deleting in case. It is so bizarre to me that it has completely vanished with no trace. Unfortunately, I have checked my backups, but they don’t have this weekend’s work in.
So… has anything freaky happened to you lately? I want to hear your crazy stories. I love things that are hard to explain. Don’t get me wrong I 100% follow the scientific method, but when there is not an obvious scientific explanation, I find it very interesting. Like the flights and ships that disappear, they must be somewhere but that last biscuit you were saving… that definitely disappears for no apparent reason.
I hope everyone had a great weekend! It is officially Christmas season, shops are packed, and the stuffing is on the ends of the aisle, queues are longer, wrapping paper is sold by the dozen!
Get those Christmas trees up!
