If I don’t find another packet of wipes that gives a better feeling after use then I will repurchase, I would say if your skin were very sensitive then be cautious when using these wipes and check you are not allergic to any of the ingredients before placing them anywhere near your face because you definitely do not want a nasty reaction on your face.
Unfortunately, my skin felt tight and tingly after using these and I had to wash my face after using them which defeats the object, wipes are supposed to make it quicker and easier. It also felt very dry and not really refreshed. I would say these are the best wipes for me so far that I have used as there wasn’t a huge reaction. If I was going away I would probably take these but take a nice face wash to use straight after.
I usually don’t have any face wipes due to my experience with them but for Christmas, I bought a few packets as everyone knows I love to play around with makeup. So I thought I would give them a go and see if my skin decides to agree with these.
Now on to the wipes, my first impression was that they were fairly moist which is good because it means there will be less of a scrubbing chore to remove the makeup. Also means they may not be drying wipes which I love as my skin is quite dry around the winter months. The packet claims: quilted wipes, remove waterproof mascara, and remove all makeup without rubbing!
My skin changes, sometimes it wants to be sensitive and other times it will take a brick hitting it. I can never tell until after using the product, so I just deal with it accordingly. The one thing my skin never seems to get on which is makeup wipes. My skin feels tight, tingly and sometimes even burns when I have used any face wipes. There has been a couple of occasions where I have been unable to open my eyes due to using a makeup wipe. I am not sure if I am allergic or not but I try to avoid them if I can. I will say my lips are quite sensitive because I constantly have to use lip balm, all year round, if I don’t within 8 hours they are sore and cracking. I spend at least £15 on lip balms a year probably more.
I would say they are quite soft so I will give them quilted soft is a huge factor when it comes to anything facially, I can’t say if they remove waterproof mascara because I don’t use it often/ For the removal of makeup without rubbing, I would say is kind of true, your don’t have to apply much pressure but you have to go back a forth with it but nowhere near as much as other wipes I have used.
