(25) 18th Birthday!

Some of you may know it was my birthday in September so I thought I would share a few of the things I got to give you guys some ideas for future purchases for your loved ones. Just going to throw in there that this is in no way my bragging about what I have. I am privileged to have people who care about me and I appreciated anything I am given.

A few of them are homemade which I absolutely LOVE and the rest I am very lucky to be given. I have always said that price does not matter in the slightest, if you love it then you love it, simple.

I got 2 hand-painted canvases for my bedroom for my sister (she made them). One says “Don’t let anyone dull your sparkle” which I think is a very nice saying as it is a girly way of saying be yourself. I also LOVE glitter. The second one is an 18 canvas. They are both covered in glitter and if you know me you will realise that I love anything that sparkles.

I got an 18-photo frame which I love, it has a vintage fancy-looking frame with a photo in it.

I’m not sure how to explain it so I am just going to show you the picture. It is to the right of my sparkle canvas. If you are interested in getting one, please let me know and will get all the details for you and the prices are really good. I made my dad put it on my wall the day after my birthday!

Of course, it isn’t a birthday if you don’t get a little chocolate. I bought a milk tray and you can’t go wrong with a milk tray, right? I also got a big fleece blanket to match my room, which has gone straight on my bed as it is literally freezing now in England. Some bath bombs also made it into my possession which I haven’t used yet.

I got the new ghost perfume called Eclipse which is amazing! I’d heard about the smell and wanted it; I am terrible at describing things but if you are girly and like a sweet perfume then go and get it. I also love the bottle it looks very fancy and high-end. Charms for my bracelet and they are all lovely! I got five, 2 18 keys, a little clown robot, a king’s crown and a handbag, I went out and a bought record player charm so I had an even number of charms to go on my bracelet.

We all have traditions you do within your family. With my Grandparents whenever someone turns 18 you get a special piece of jewellery. I was lucky enough to fall into the category and got a beautiful white gold diamond ring from Scotland. It hasn’t left my hand since I got it. I might do a separate post later.

I also got some little things and beauty-related pieces like make-up wipes etc. 18 glasses, keys and all little novelty birthday girls. Just wanted to say a massive Thank you to everyone that did get me a present if you are reading this, I loved every single one of them!

I hope this had give you guys some ideas for future gifts, I love watching videos and reading about what people got for their birthday you will often find new websites etc. I found a really good website but haven’t bought anything from it yet so as soon as I do I shall let you all know how I got on with it.
